Ash Green School is a welcoming and inclusive mixed secondary school in Coventry for pupils aged between 11 and 18 which has been part of Creative Education Trust (CET) since January 2012. Working with CET has enabled the school to significantly improve the curriculum, opportunities and life chances for the pupils. The Ash Green School is seeking to appoint a Lead Teacher of Chemistry to:
To contribute to raising standards of student attainment in Science and to ensure outstanding progress.
To support the curriculum leader in the leadership of the Science department.
To facilitate and encourage a learning experience which provides students with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential.
To oversee the strategic direction and development of KS4 and 5 Chemistry in line with the Academy Improvement plan.
